Wasn't impressed - Quality Control bei FL Smidth: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Terrible pay. Terrible leadership. Terrible training programs. can't find a supervisor when you need one. Terrible culture and attitudes. Co-workers like rating how loud farts are. Not much room for advancement as the supervisors have been there for years and don't make enough to retire.
