Pros

They have low standards, so this can serve as an easy place to get a job while you're looking for something better.

Kontras

They only give 1% to 1.5% raises. Most of the people that have been there long term are not very competent - so if you have any talent, be prepared to be frustrated. They have overbearing security requirements that make it difficult to get anything done. The company has a hard time keeping developers because they don't treat them very well.

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
