Laid back work environment and flexible work schedules in some departments.
Kontras
Compensation is not very good. Atleast for most of the salaried exempt employees. No performance bonuses for most of this decade. On top of that no merit increases this year even after making all the financial numbers for the previous year(2008) and the first quarter of this year(2009). A very high performer and a poor performer got the same treatment - no salary increase.
