Massive changes in executive leadership have resulted in leaders without experience in the industry and many with no experience as leaders. Many critical decisions (including key staffing decisions) being made by 3rd party consultants. Key employees have either left or been laid off and the overall headcount has undergone massive reductions. These changes have led to a skeletal staffing model with many employees lacking the deep understanding of their jobs as well as inadequate training (nobody left to train).
