Company with spineless management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei FINEOS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management is ready to throw anyone under the bus, even their own staff if it means saving their own skin... Management is completely spineless and so easily swayed from one side to another with no opinion of their own. HR Department... I hope non of you will ever have to deal with them, I have never ever dealt with more incompetent people then staff in Fineos HR Department. From current and past experience, HR Department is the only department that is independent to anyone. However, that is not the case in Fineos, non of them will take the situation independently, assess and look for the best ways to resolve it.
