Mixed feelings - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei FINEOS: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Some management members (not all), especially lower management, don't belong in a management position at all. They have no clue how to manage people . I was working under a manager that required me to be certified with them the first few weeks I was hired. The same manager started to blame me for other people's fault from totally different group and responsibility for something that I had nothing to do with. All that happened when my project finished and they had no other work for me. I ended up quitting the company.
