Horrible co-workers and bosses - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei FIDF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There was absolutely no training and the management team was incredibly rude and oftentimes mean. Expect to be left out of the "clique" with managers unwilling to help you or adequately able to communicate what is expected of you. Worst people I have ever worked with and an extremely disorganized environment with hostility constantly from the management. Absolutely no one was kind. If you expect to have a satisfying job working for a cause you care about look elsewhere because management will make you hate going to work.
