It is interesting fact that most Cons are only for the staff Cadre. Like: Loyalty to the bosses most important than talent. Huge differences between staff and Management cadre. Zero learning & development opportunities. The total budget for L&D is in the millions each year and under 0.1 million spend on Staff cadre. Late promotion & low rating. 90% staff cadre suffering from that. Decimilitry behavior. - Even after 20 year old service staff has less respect in comparison of Management trainee. - Only Staff is not allowed to bring their laptops or vehicle onto company premises. - Only Staff pick & drop point located outside the company premises.
