Pros
It's nice to work closely with many different departments that enable the live shows to come together. The office was a very welcoming and friendly place with pub meets planned every week. When you are on site there is a huge family feeling which is needed as you are away from your normal day-to-day. Pay is competitive - although I found out as I went that similar roles are on more than each other and you have to ask for a pay increase (leaving people out who may be too shy to ask). There are loads of company benefits, free tickets, and guest tickets for friends at nearly all festivals. Pension scheme, cycle to work scheme. When on-site accommodation and food are paid for - plus if you are full time there is an extra site rate included.

I was able to work from home 20% of the time but I think this could be increased as there is always an underlying pressure to come into the office, even though when you get in, not a lot of people are in any way. The personal side of things means it can be a bit clicky, but it's good to form your own group of friends/colleagues over time.
