They don't help you learn. Lots of office gossip and back-stabbing. High-School type Cliques prevent a professional work environment. Bosses believe their buddies instead of the truth. Too much talk about drinking, women and sports, not enough about work, learning and moving forward. Owner is a hardcore liberal, preventing others from their opinions and lifestyles. Quick to fire people who aren't their buddies, but do good work, over their employee buddies who take advantage of the situation by being slow, uninterested, and unskilled.
