I have been at FCP live-in for 5+ years. The company has grown a lot! I really do enjoy working here. It is rewarding to help clients stay safe in their own home and preventing them from having to go to the hospital or a facility.You do need to prove yourself. Hard work is recognized. It's pretty simple : do right by the clients. Fcp does a great job of promoting from within. I have had 2 promotions and I've seen many others promoted from within into supervisory and management positions.
