      Você só é util se aceitar ser sobrecarregado em silencio. A liderança nao aceita ser questionada e, quando é, você é demitido. Tem aumento de trabalho, mas não tem aumento de salário. Gestão completamente passiva agressiva e imatura, além de exposição e constrangimento dos subordinados.
