• Amazing mentor, who is always willing to go out of her way to groom and guide me • Colleagues are great, some becoming good friends of mine • Absolute workload is not excessive or too much

• Lack of transparency of how the company is doing, and lack of updates from management • Lack of direction, company in a bit of an identity crisis of which direction to head towards • There is a lack of action of staff that are not pulling their weight, not addressed which causes other staff to suffer • Morale is extremely low due to current circumstances, but little is done to motivate staff on the ground • Although work volume on paper is not excessive, the actual work can be frustrating due to lack of pushback to clients

I joined the company at the very beginning and have, ever since, had an amazing learning curve. From learning how to setup and start your own company, to scaling a people-focused agency in Malaysia and beyond. The management comes with the right experience, motivation, and vision to grow the company. At the same it is ensured that the culture and values that have been established are lived and shared with/by every (new) employee in order to build a healthy and sustainable company. Feedback is always welcome (in case it is constructive) and taken seriously. Everyone has the possibility to learn and grow with the company as long as he/she puts in the right effort. Hard work is a two way street, you get back exactly what you put in.

Work/life balance sometimes suffers during high workload times but working on weekends is not expected/required. Some of the smaller rooms in the spacious office lead to less face time with some colleagues.
