The people who choose to work for the organization, truly care about the mission, which is helpful when understaffed or require staff flexibility. There are a lot of opportunities to curate, meaningful events for residents, staff and time allowing.
Kontras
Speaking specifically to the ECD program insufficient support to adequately provide resources to the community. Not the environment where if you’re drowning, your superiors will jump in to save you, but will make suggestions on how to get a sure and maybe call someone to send you a pool noodle. They often hire individuals based off of necessity rather than experience, resulting in staff turnover and chaotic programming.
