      No pros. Join any other company like this and your life won't be wasted here.

      Kontras

      Worse management. Everything is done according to assignment seniors. Sexual harassment done by seniors. Not a safe place for girls. Meetings are held late night 11 pm. Only friends of seniors are treated properly. Seniors misbehave a lot and do everything according to their will.

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
