The challenges in this work isnthat you have to be really creative and come up with new ideas every week. If you got that everythingn will be ok

Worked with some really great people

1. Upper and mid management were absolutely horrible. They don't understand how real companies run or operate. They think they have a higher title than you so they know more than you. 2. Really poor communication 3. They don't respect their employees 4. One of their principles is to make profit (This is given being a business) no one needs this spelled out 5. They over work all of their employees 6. They have the lowest salaries for apples to apple of jobs in the area 7. No one was happy at all at this place. No one ever really smiled or said hello. 8. The culture of this place is absolutely horrendous. Only certain people who scratch each others backs actually prospered. 9. This company is very reactive and never proactive on anything. You can tell management what needs to be done, but they just ignore you until something bad happens then blames the associates. 10. They show no initiative on making things better for the work environment of company. 11. Management cannot even look you in the eyes to give you a thank for your hard work, and if they try it always is forced as they stare at the ground when talking to you.
