Pros
I worked at EZE for 2 years, and there are very few things that I can consider pros: 1. They provide a whole system setup for you if you are working from home.
Kontras
1. There is no diversity at EZE, 95% of the working force is Telugu-speaking. So if you are not Telugu-speaking, I will advise you: please don't join. They even speak Telugu in official meetings and sideline the people who don't. 2. If you are assigned to the Investment Suite (OMS, PMA, and EMS) side, you will be working on a 15-year-old tech stack. There is no growth on that side. 3. They provide zero to no compensation. 4. HR at EZE is the biggest fraud; they will promise you something but don't deliver when you ask for it. They won't even reach out to you for reviews, which is their duty. 5. There is a lot of Office politics there, even Directors know about these but still don't take any actions against it. 6. Hyd Office is just a puppet of Boston Management, they don't have any power to take any decisions, and neither is your advice taken care of. So if you are a non-Telugu speaker, please don't join this organization and waste your time.
