If Eze had been open or transparent this would have been easier to swallow rather than being dressed up and shoved down employee's throats. Promotion is based on how well you get on with your regional head. In my time I witnessed appalling candidates promoted ahead of intelligent, effective colleagues due to their relationship with some of the key players in their area. Thankfully the worst offender for enabling this behaviour was moved on but not before most of the talent left Eze in exasperation at these changes. Don't expect to receive any help with troublesome clients. Eze fosters a 'shout loudest for attention' policy that clients have clocked on to. This means all efforts are reactive rather than proactive. Training is essentially non-existant. You are expected to sink or swim. But turnover doesn't matter if hiring grads for the meat grinder is the solution!
