Very low pay. Roaches and Beatles are normal. The windows have toxic lead in them (a freelancer brought a test kit and confirmed it). Snacks are cheap and minimal, owner gives you a cold vibe if you take any. Owner walks by staring at your screen throughout the day in a creepy way. They never order lunches for you during the day, only if you work late. They use the AVP online timecard thing, its a hassle. It's because they are too lazy to log in your hours so they make you do it for them. Parking is a hassle.
