Not providing experience letter and termination letter if you do not agree to resign. They literally harass you and behave offensive. HR does not sit in India, so exit process is handled by the manager whom you are not in good terms. After such regressive interview process they should not think of discontinuing service after probation. This is not software company but it is mining culture.
