Great compensation. New hires are babied in the beginning and very slowly given new tasks - almost frustrating at times but a comfortable assimilation into a large, new company.

Difficult to figure out job responsibilities and roles. Processes are extremely slow and IT too strict with technology (behind the times), Easy to get lost in large company atmosphere if you don't have a supervisor helping to pave the way.
