But of course, if you are very high-potential talent that company cherish, opportunies including oversea assignment shall come. BTW, company focus a lot on safety.

For young people to pursue fast growth, the company cannot offer many opportunities. Rotation can let young people expose to different job scenarios, but on the countrary, it will let you not "experienced" in any area. Compensation is so-so.
