Stable company. Privately owned. New projects all the time.

Too many VP's, Directors, Managers, Supervisors. Some departments are managed by people that have a big ego and micromanage the people they supervise, which results in affecting productivity. You have to clock-in/out and work 80 hrs bi-weekly, otherwise your name appears highlighted in red in the reports that management gets. HR has a lot of control over hiring/firing. Christmas lunch is mandatory and it's always the same thing.
