      Good company for Fresher. They can work for 2 years and can gain knowledge in Hot technologies . After 2 years they need to left the company for better opportunity.

      Not good for Senior guys. Can not except good salaries.

      Pros

      getting selected in ESSIT is not a big thing but getting into a good team will make your 2.6 years career worthfull otherwise its waste.

      SALARY. For freshers its 8000/Month. Not an Employee friendly organization. Always keep in mind that don't trust management when it comes in terms of salary discussion
