Gained valuable, practical experience in recruitment and HR processes. The team was supportive and provided a great learning environment for an intern. I was given real responsibilities from day one.

As an intern, some of the initial tasks were a bit repetitive. I would have appreciated more exposure to higher-level business analysis projects sooner in the internship. The remote setup sometimes made collaboration challenging.
