The People - culture is great. Have been through some ups and downs but the average employee tenure is long and the people genuinely care about each other
The work - there is a lot to do across the board at this stage, so great opportunities to work cross-functionally and take on more to build your skills
Transparency - weekly in-depth updates on how the business is doing cross-functionally vs current goals is not something many companies do, I think it gets a bit taken for granted sometimes, but is a huge plus in a startup environment

Transparency on future, not just the past - sometimes not being on the Executive team means 'playing telephone' and hearing about company's current strategy and direction from multiple sources rather than directly from leadership. People often feel left in the dark outside of what's discussed on the weekly calls
