Good package can be availed for India projects based on negotiations made. Rotation- Schedule available. Good bonus.
Kontras
Package distribution and grade/designation system is not followed as per actual company standards in their books. Less increment (only 5 to 7%) that too after 2 to 3 years . Management hesitant to follow system, especially HR side.
