Pros
Steady, weekly work. Some tasks are challenging and pay fairly (more so than a lot of other freelance websites or searching for clients yourself). You never have to deal with rude or unreasonable clients because the management does that part themselves. If a client wants to talk to you, you are paid for your time. Deadlines are fair and reasonable. The management team will work with you and your schedule. If something urgent comes up or you feel overworked, management will do their best to work with you and give the extra work to someone else or extend the deadline. Bonuses are given monthly for high marks and high quality work. Editors give honest and constructive feedback and want to see all writers succeed and learn from their experience at this company. Management answers messages and emails in a timely manner if there is a question or concern from a writer.
Kontras
Some seasons are slow, especially the summer. Some writers will see a dip in income during this time. The holiday seasons are when it gets really busy and writers will see a rise in income and work. It is still freelance, so work is given as it comes in when clients order.
