Great co-workers! The ability to do whatever you want, whenever you want. Very good life/ work balance.

Management cannot get out of it's own way to make the company profitable. There are many people here who show up late, or not at all and are not disciplined; it's almost a joke among the managers. No raise in a number years- not even cost of living.
