      it is a job, was close to home. easy to get to

      Kontras

      poor conditions, unsteady work. some times only worked one hour then sent home. some times only worked 1 day a week. only pay minimum wage. long time to get any kind of benefits.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities and plenty of overtime hours with attendance bonuses makes it an ideal place for anyone that needs the hours.

      Kontras

      Supervision and management lack communication skills dealing with Production Line Workers. Overtime hours are mandatory for everyone.

      good benifits, supervisor was a good man, he would do anything for anybody. would teach you anything and would do anything, thank you Andre Brown

      not enough overtime employes would go talk to who ever they wanted or do what they wanted. Owner played faveriotes to people who didn't now anything. i am glad I don'work their anymore...
