One of the many issues with this company is, they keep a very tight budgets and DO NOT PAY appropriate salaries for their staff. It's significantly lower than the market rate, so when people leave, they jump onto salaries that are like 50%+ higher than what they were on whilst here. For me, my salary jump was like 70% Not only that, but the amount of work they make you do for the little pay shouldn't be allowed, especially when a team member leaves, instead of recruiting a replacement, they just spread their work onto existing staff, This happened when a number of staff from my team left, and it was only after 5 people left, did they decide to recruit someone new. The turnover of staff here in general is quiet high, because not much loyalty is inspired, and given one too many incentives to jump ships, especially once you have gotten your experience.
