Pros
People, initiatives, fun, kids, parents, support network from Head office and in centre. Training is great and you do learn a lot. The company is still learning and there can be lots of opportunities. Lots of freedom. Every day is different.
Kontras
If they like you then you can go far. Would be good if there were more Educational conferences for Centre Directors to go on. Would be good to be working towards some qualifications while there so that when you leave the company you have a specialism to fall back on. Work until 8pm every night. Have to work weekends, sometimes just one weekend day.
