Pros
Overall, the company has still retained an environment or culture which is not totally 'corporate'. The benefits are quite good here and the people are also lovely. The building is centrally located downtown and rather convenient for those close to public transportation. If you are a strong contributor, the company will do their best to retain you. Different social events and parties are also at the top of great things about this company. Still have some flexibility in work arrangements.
Kontras
We are still going through culture shifts four years after COVID had disrupted a lot of things (taking a while to get an established culture). Can't please everyone, but wish the pace was faster. HR here needs more or better, or just more qualified personnel than who they have right now. Processes take a while to get figured out and approved. Pay here, for many, is on the lower end and perhaps changes could be made based on industry standards. Not knowing where we stand on return to office at time of writing is also a bit nerve wracking.
