Leadership lacks training and experiences. It’s the bling leading the blind. Although they preach the importance of feedback it is often overlooked. Promotions are given with no raises in order to keep people. Most are under paid and under valued. Benefits were almost completely removed. In my opinion it also depends what team you join as some are better than others. Having said that I don’t recommend joining the marketing team at Explorance
