- CEO is brilliant / visionary and strongly recognizes the need to establish the right culture set ie: work/life balance - Great product / solid customer base and brand - Transparent management. Easy access to all to solve any problem needed - day or night - - Healthy culture promotes work / life balance (although many work too hard)
Kontras
- Aggressive growth plan is exciting but needs to be better managed (don't spend the money before it comes in). - Revenue's are inconsistent making long term planning difficult. Sales organization needs to get a handle on this. - Senior management is made up of good/great people but many/most without prior executive management experience. - New hires that were expected to move into management did not work out.
