I spent a number of years at ExperiencePoint in Sales. With the exception of my last year, I had some great times and thoroughly enjoyed working at the organization. It felt like a small family that was motivated towards a common goal.

Ever since the Founders hired a new VP of Sales, the company culture has drastically declined into a place that many different parts of the organization, not just Sales, are extremely dissatisfied with. The company motto has become "revenue at all costs" and empathy for the employee no longer exists. It is clear that management has prioritized the financial wellbeing of ExperiencePoint above all else, even its most important asset, its people. Be wary of the great reviews on this platform and company awards it has won since the fabric of the organization has changed dramatically over the past year, all for the worse.
