Nothing . Inspite of being in an industry which has good traction nothing much happens in this company

- very niche sector . You might not find any good exits . - the company has a very high attrition rate . The HR department is a big joke .they do nothing expect being an active participant on company WhatsApp group . - the senior management is mostly incompetent . You will not find any mentors here . - Operationally company is in a big mess . Customers mostly complain about bad delivery . - Very sales driven and numbers driven company . Constant pressure . Unfortunately this sales pressure is not in line with deliverable's . Customers are mostly unhappy and getting repeat business is a challenge . - there is a big churn even at the senior management level . A few big wigs ( based out of Singapore ) have their way even though company has achieved nothing great under them .
