Flexible hours, line managers are good

Extremely poor high level management (VP+), forced through many unpopular decisions (forcing 50% in office time through condescending emails, firing PMs for ridiculous reasons) and constantly using buzz words and pushes to implement meaningless technology while taking home insanely high pay packets. All of this leads to low motivation and I have seen many SDEs expressing their upset with how things have been changing over the past few months from all regions.
