They do shift bids but only once or twice a year, computer systems, bonus structure is almost impossible to achieve key factors like handle time are included but systems are slow and outdated you spend a ton of time in aftercall or having a guest hold I dont mean a minute or two I'm talking 30 to 45 minutes
