      Amazing work hard, play hard atmosphere. Long intense working days followed by all expenses paid nights out, events and holidays. You are learning from the best in the industry.

      Kontras

      Being the best in your industry doesn't make you a good manager. Very skilled recruiters but perhaps lacking the ability to help mentor and nurture junior members of the teams.

      Pros

      Great people, not KPI driven like other rec businesses I have worked in. The management are knowledgeable and happy to share their experiences. They have some very strong relationships in their clients which provide opportunities for less experienced recruiters to leverage.
