Can't think of anything negative in my experience with them. I only stopped working with them because the account in my area of expertise had been outsourced to them temporarily.

Horrible tool. Whoever created it, didn’t have an idea about what translation means or needs. Monolingual tool where you can’t: -perform QAs -see the TM, matches, etc -use shortcuts -properly use the “find” tool -confirm segments in bulk -properly edit segments -see the source Instead, you need to click on so many things if you want to see the source properly… of course you won’t do it in every single segment, so it will cause so many errors. Then, to confirm the segment you press accept and a window will pop up and ask if you are sure you’d like to confirm.., this for EVERY SEGMENT! And if you want to edit them, the same issue. Sometimes it won’t even let you type. This tool is a disgrace. Not to mention they control how long you spend in the window (they track your screen!) and pay you according to that time spent!!
