If you asked me a few years ago I would say this company is one of the best I have worked for ever. Unfortunately, management has gone down hill. The CEO brought on some woman with no telecom experience and her role was the shake the tree and see what fell out, that happened to be about 70% of the managers that made this place great. They implemented this variable pay that is hard to achieve and a lot of it is out of your control. It's mostly about talk time and if you provide good customer service you are penalized. Customer liaison and the specialists recently came under a new "manager" if you want to call her that. One who is completely useless and spends more time talking about how good she is instead of actually working. I had the unfortunate displeasure of having a few meeting with her and she was clueless. What she has achieved was firing countless people for no reason other than the fact she didn't like them or they questioned something. She fired a long standing supervisor out of nowhere, after that person helped the company work from home to keep people safe due to covid-19 for no reason other than the fact they questioned something and wanting to help people. Do what I am doing and look elsewhere, a lot of us are trying to get out of this place before we are next. If you want any sort of job security, look somewhere else because Execulink does not care about the employees anymore, only profit.
