Pros

I am so grateful for this company. Their compensation structure is by far the most competitive in the market. I came from another staffing agency, where I worked very long hours, and didn't make close to what I make currently. The management and senior recruiting team make sure you are set up for success. They all genuinely care about seeing you become successful. Frank Green is the best boss I have had. He rolls up his sleeves and also recruits on positions. Also, he offers great insight on a daily basis. All of these aspects are invaluable, especially if you are trying to progress in your career. Although the environment is fast paced and can be stressful, it is a fun place to work. Everyone within the company has a great sense of humor. Unlike some other companies, they place family first. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make a significant amount of money.

Kontras

There are not really many cons of working here. You have to put your best foot forward and produce. This goes with any position you hold though.

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Kontras

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
