Pros

Honestly, there’s an overwhelming amount to even list. The team I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with, learn from and grow with over the last few years has been an absolutely amazing experience. This company has a legitimate ability to identify raw talent and sculpt them into phenomenal professionals and killer recruiters. Honestly I had no idea what recruiting was prior to joining ExecuSource and didn’t know what our edge possibly was in the industry. The edge is us, as well as the leadership team, overall support and the knowledge that is so freely given. There’s a ton of autonomy, yet so much support and the culture and morale is great. I don’t like how cliché it sounds, but my coworkers are my family. Plus, being given an opportunity at a legitimate career that I love, the money is great and the ability to be an asset is incredibly fulfilling. Now that I’m getting wordy, I’ll just list the pro’s I can think of: - Company culture - leadership - ability to grow immensely - insane amount of support - the ability to make some seriously good money - legitimately fulfilling career - tons of autonomy and trust - ability to work directly with leadership, sift through ideas, comments, questions or concerns and have a thorough and honest conversation The pros really feel boundless.

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Kontras

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
