I could go on about the pros of working here ad nauseam, but I'll list out a few highlights: - Ample creative freedom & zero micro-management - Supportive & collaborative culture w/ brilliant employees - Constant company-wide drive to not settle for just okay - Service first based business that cares about customers and customers reciprocate (this has been really cool to observe the relationships that have formed among many customers) - Company events, free drinks & snacks, catered lunch & all that good stuff Again, I could keep going on & those are just some highlights

I do not have any cons personally, but I could see someone looking for a punch-in-punch-out type of gig having many. Every single person that works here is 110% committed, so you will work very hard, but you'll love it!
