Since the equisition by clarivate it took time, but now feeling like company is stabilised and things are calm including more focus on career development and personal growth. Policy regarding hybrid work is 2 days from the office, but most come only once, not much pressure on this side. Wlb is good and you can balance your day. People in the Jer office are very nice

Low salaries and facilities compare to other companies. Depends on the group you are working in- many global coworkers so time differences . Many changes in the organisation due to the purchase by clarivate can affect all the daily work when systems are integrated or other major changes
