The directors are transparent, very approachable, and inclusive. This is really refreshing and unlike a lot of other companies. The team are always kept up to date with the progress of new client pitches as well as company profits and growth plans. Regular and anonymous surveys are sent to gather feedback and opinions from the team before any decision is made that impacts the team. It’s nice to have our opinion heard and to be an influence in any decision making. It shows just how much the directors and company overall value every member of staff and their level of happiness. The team overall are highly knowledgeable in their relevant fields and there’s a real sense of teamwork whilst working on campaigns. Colleagues support one another, from redistributing workload when needed, sharing new skills with each other as well as methods that have proven successful. A big thing I noticed when I joined was that the team celebrate each other’s success, whether this is the success of how a piece is performing or something more personal such as a promotion or something in their personal life.
