Pros

I really cant think of any positive reasons to work at Evolution Ventures.

CEO is verbally abusive and very unprofessional, really bad language used at work and it created an uncomfortable environment alot of the time. Products were not stable and the clients would be very mad after paying alot of money. Good luck getting the product delivered after the company gets your business. CEO greedy and this showed in all areas of the business. Talent was not the best either please dont be fooled by promises here you cannot grow and the company will not either.

Pros

I have worked at Evolution Ventures for almost 8 months now. It has been incredible to work for a smaller company because of how many opportunities I get to be hands-on with different roles and projects. I have never learned so much in such a short period of time and I will be able to take what I have learned here to any potential future job. I also love the team and the clients we have, it makes every day interesting and different. And working from home is a huge bonus!

It would be great to get to see my coworkers more often, we are all spread out in different states.

I cannot tell if there is anything good to say, i had analyzed every aspect/offering that the company offer and everything deserves one star or less

CEO only cares about making money, even if that involves huge sacrifices in the quality of the products like he says. I don't care how it's done as long as it works. Is a common practice to cut corners( crucial aspects of the product ) to deliver with really tight deadlines. The CEO cares more about if you arrive on time ( one minute late and he will notice it ) and leave late ( literally ). He should focus on performance ( results oriented ) and be more flexible so the employees can work happier and be more productive. Offers low salary in comparison with the industry standards.
