Pros

There is constant opportunity to grow with the company. Constant small raises. Great health care options. Free Bean stocks for partners (free money). They seem to actually live by quality not quantity. They seem to have decent accommodations for sick, ill, disabled, pregnant, etc partners. Good company events. This company participates in many good charity events. Safety IS actually their number one.

Kontras

Most management is corrupted. Supervisors and leads have obvious preferences over some employees. The praised partners seem to get trained on more equipment than others and everyone is constantly reminded of how hard they work. Some supervisors will also dismiss point accumulation for their favorite partners while others HAVE to go by the book (this is only known as partners within communicate with each other). And the biggest corruption, Management will look the other way or cover up any wrong doing for the priased partners while others get looked at the wrong way for doing the small things.

paid well above industry standard

-blatant favoritism -being forced to work 12 days in a row sometimes -people being promoted to depts that they have no knowledge in -most of management are creeps that hit on female employees -blatant disrespect to subordinates from senior management -senior management prejudiced against LGBTQ+ -blames falling OEEs on over worked employees, instead of the failing equipment due 7 day rotation with little maintenance on the machines -worst communication than a carrier pigeon with no sense of direction. -senior management seems to care more about their bonuses than the people working under them -supervisor level and above get bonuses and everyone below get pizza -terrible schedule
