Pros
Your job is easy and robotic. Most of the game presenter colleagues are friendly and young . You have a lot of board games to play, but not much time 15 mins breaks{3 or 4}. Trainers are friendly but boring personalities imo
Kontras
Low pay, close to minimum legal, you will only be able to pay rent and bills, for food you will need support. You will get constant threats of being fired, sent home or demoted. Strict army like rules. Can't get unpaid leave. Bonus scheme feels like a scam, they will deduct you points or give you violations for anything they want. If you look away from the screen for more than 3 seconds you will get points deducted. Have to work on all national holidays. Managers acts like robots with copy and paste answers. You have to call sick 8 hours in advance, if not no bonus for you. If you get sick 3 times your contract will be "terminated". No individuality and personality are heavily suppressed. Feels exactly like the Black Mirror episode where all these people live and work on the treadmills underground, the difference here is you can go at your own home at the end of the day and you can see the sky during your brakes.
